Good Vibrations
After some jiggery-pokery behind the scenes, The Vibes is now available as a scruffy old cloth-bound book. Which has been left on the floor. Of a beach hut.
It’s still the faithful old Adventure Journal theme, which you can find on your WordPress dashboard, but I had to say goodbye to my spiral-bound notebook, which so many people borrowed for their own blogs. Hope you like the new look!
Summer Ghost

As the pumpkins grin with Harvest mischief, and the smell of gunpowder hangs in the crisp air, I have the memories of a great summer to keep me warm.

Storming Autumn
The Manchester sky was full of angry clouds and sheets of rain – the kind of rain that sets off car alarms. In the space of an hour, I was treated to a spectacular double rainbow, a pre-Raphaelite sunset and a Lon Chaney moon.



Are You Reading Me?
Some of my followers at The Vibes have been wondering if I’m drifting away from the cupcakes and kittens of WordPress to darker pastures. Like Facebook. After a colourful summer rolling in the grass and taking lots of pastoral pictures, I’ve been getting in the mood for Halloween as the nights draw in and we huddle down for winter. Planning spooky costumes and making little horror movies has kept me from publishing some of my photographs, so here’s the first batch. We’ll call them Architecturals.
