The first whiff of autumn, down on the village green
Low sun, scarves and shivers.
Fireworks and candles.
Ever changing sky over Chorlton-cum-Hardy.

Fab pics, Mark!
Thanks, it’s quite a cosy little corner of the North up here.
wow, great photo!
Cheers, Geraldine.
Love the way you processed that shot of the green, Mark–it has such a secretive-yet-inviting air to it! One of those mysteriously snug places you can’t resist exploring…
That picture seems to be getting a lot of attention. It was one of those occasions where my partner was shouting at me to stop taking pictures. Defiance is vital in photography!
I love the light in your photo with the bike and trees. Great photos and you have a great eye.
I stood so the sun shone through the street lamp making it look like it was illuminated. Gives a very odd look to the green. We call this the Narnia lamp post.
I love it. I love the color contrasts. Great shot.
Oh wow!
Thanks Ashleigh, glad you like them!
Wishing you a magical Christmas season and all the good things in 2014! 🙂
All the best to you too 😀
