These are warm hazy memories of my trip to San Francisco, where the fog hid from us during an October heatwave in 2007. The dusty sunshine in Sausalito was idyllic, as we had breakfast with bears in an old wooden cafe and explored the Marina. I really appreciate these pictures as Manchester is lashed by rain for the third month running… and I wonder, where is the sun?

Thanks Stevo, it’s more like March than July. So depressing for a sun worshiper like me. Might have to sacrifice a few more goats…!
LOVE San Francisco – I was there in 2006. You’ve just reminded me that it’s about time for another visit …
Hi Sue, you have to keep going back because there’s so much to see. I think it’s the most fascinating and beautiful city in the world 😀
… that would be Liverpool.
I’m pretty sure these pictures were taken in San Francisco 🙄
Two amazing cities, I’d say. Some great shots of Liverpool here – http://wp.me/p1ueqF-1nh
Oh I thought you were confused! Get you now.
Shameless self promotion I believe it’s called.
Yes….watch it or I’ll snip your link!
Sorry you’re getting so much rain there! Love the sunshine pictures though.
Thanks – that was a perfect day crossing the Golden Gate Bridge and leaving the city…
